Sending a file

Hi,
I need to send some information in a file from the mobile device, so they can be accesible through Internet then. What's the simplest solution for S60 3rd MR, please ? I've checked FTP, but for this version of Symbian it seems a little bit complicated.

Use HTTP Client API to upload content on server.

And what about the Open C Ftp example on Wiki Forum Nokia ? Does anybody have an experience with it ? Is it necessary to install some special libraries to the mobile device, if I use Open C code in my Symbian application ?
