try Switching off your firewall or something similar.
It is not possible, we have a http proxy, and it loks like carbide 2.0 cannot download trk through proxy - settings are correct.
Are there any other options?
Nothing to do with Carbide.c++ actually ...
try this
Carbide.c++ - > Window -> Preferences -> General - > Network Connections -> Change what ever is required
Right now, I am updating carbide through proxy. This means that proxy settings are correct. But when listing available trks in that connections editor "No installer data available.
Server may be down." error reported.
Unfortunately, updated carbide couldn't connect to it's server through proxy too.
However, when connected through GPRS, I managed to download 3.0.9 trk through carbide.
But there is another error. It says that "TRKProtocolPlugin : Unable to download file" when sending application exe. Exe file is present in the reported folder.

Are you trying to have TRK copy your files to the desired location instead of transferring a SIS file? AFAIK that is a SYS TRK feature and thus you cannot use it with APP TRK.

By the way, Carbide TRK download do not work though proxy![]()
Yes, I think I can confirm that proxy problem. You should create a bug report for it (see if you can do that through proxy)

Just in case anyone else runs into this problem: The "Install Remote Agents" screen has an option to save vs install the file. So you can get a friend to download the file and send it to you.
If I remember correctly, this option was not even available then(when this thread was active), thats the reason for the struggle
Thankfully lot of things have changed since then. But good that you pointed out, in case somebody still cant figure out that somebody else could download it for you![]()
