Hi all, I wonder if anyone know how to create as such Animated, Blinking and Picture message or what application, softwares, or tools to create those. Please, help me out I would like to know because I am doing on my term paper about mobile technology. Thanks you all in advance.

Nokia does not provide such a tool, but browse the net and you will find quite many 3rd party software available.
