Home screen widget screen sizes guidance on N97

Hi,

can anyone give guidance in recommended visible screen size available for WRT widget running in N97
- in home screen widget view mode
- as full screen widget
a) in portrait mode
b) in landscape mode
and taking into account softkey labels, status bar and other screen elements that may limit view that is available for widget?

As far as I could find there was only generic recommendation to make the content scaleable using relative sizing of elements. I did not find exact visible widget screen estate information that I am seeking for.
