New Content Item Legal Question: Encryption or not?

When submitting an application to the new Ovi store, you're asked to fill in 3 legal questions. The first one asks: "Does your content contain encryption?
Does anyone know whether or not the encryption is wanted or not?

Under certain legislation, software including encryption technology, especially its strong variants, is subject to export restrictions. As such, an application that makes use of encryption will have probably some more things to explain after that initial statement about encryption usage.

I would not say that having encryption is not wanted but it is probably easier not to have it. Then of course, you would not have it unless it is needed ...
