OVI Publishing Issue - POINT OF CONTACT

Hi All

We have submitted our application to OVI.

Its presently under QA Clearance.

An issue regarding signing was raised by OVI test engineers.

This issue could never be reproduced in our test environment.

We require a point of contact from OVI testing so that we could get the issue solved.

Could any one get any point of contact from OVI so that we could address the issue to them.?

Please contact Publisher Support at publishtoovi.support@nokia.com this team will be able to relay the query to QA and or in most cases diagnose the issue.

i guess you forgot to mention that it takes weeks for these guys to actually find your email and another week to reply to you with something like "please expect a reply from us in 5 business days". Sorry for being a pessimist, but that was my experience.

It makes the issue easier to address when a publisher writes an email with the complete information

name of account holder
Content Item/File name

thanks that was helpful, although never mentioned anywhere next to "Support Form" on Ovi Publisher portal. It also takes no time to just prefill these fields as you normally write support requests after you logged into Ovi Publisher portal.
