Hi,

in support of Dave I installed Carbide.c++ v2.0 from stratch on my PC (before I was working with Carbide.c++ v1.3 and could succesfully do remote debugging on N73 and N95 - I demonstrated it even in trainings).

So I connect his E71 - install AppTrk s60_3_1_app_trk_3_0_8.sisx. Connect through USB.

When creating the connection to COM 16 - Nokia E71 USB - choosing S60 3.1.0 - and press "Service testing ..." I get "Error: TRK did not respond".

Kind of strange that this is not working out-of-the-box, now on a second PC. Wonder if this has ever worked on any machine (Quality Control?).

Same if I choose/select "USB". It does not seem to matter if PC Suite is running or not.

So, pls, FIX IT (where do I have to report yet another S60 platform bug that will be queued endlessly?).
