Is it necessary have a company to publish a symbian game to Ovi?

I read that to be able to sign a symbian application you need a publisher ID, and Publisher IDs are only sold to companies.

Symbian individual developers can not publish to Ovi?

Not at the moment,

Recent chatter suggests that the end of 2009 some individual developers *MAY* be invited to submit games. No individuals have been invited YET before the opening of the store

you need a
1)Publisher ID only companies can have this! at the moment.
2) Public "signed" application
3)VAT ID
and meet all the requirement in the registration document
There are at least six threads about each of the above topics

I found similar to these by typing VAT in the "Search Forums" box on the top left.
