Notification about individual purchases

Does Ovi Store send any notification e-mail when an individual purchase occur? If yes what information is included? (user name, email, IMEI , distribution channel, country, and so on...)

All other stores have the option to send notifications upon purchase. There are many benefits for this:

1) Helps us to correctly evaluate the impact of any promotional campaign.

2) Improves a lot customer support. Our policy is not to request a new purchase when customers change their device within 2 years since initial purchase. If we do not have the info about when this happened we can not do that anymore.

3) And very important it will help us quickly identify unauthorized distribution of our applications.

If you're an Ovi Publisher you will have access to reporting on your content items, more details here: http://www.mobileperry.com/2009/05/e...g-for-ovi.html. So Ovi Store will not send emails to publishers about individual purchases. However we're interested in hearing from publishers the types of reporting they're interested in, not only what they have access to but how they receive that information. If there are things you'd like to have in terms of reporting, leave your ideas here and I can pass this info along to our Ovi Store team.

The charts look good, if they are available for each product and not only for aggregate number of downloads is good. Also they must be available for more than one month back in time.

The reports look good although I would prefer a comprehensive report where you can see purchase details showing: Order ID, Date, Product, SKU, Device, Country, and Price -IMEI or other identifier would also be great as it facilitates customer support.

At the moment, any kind of reporting would be appreciated as I can't even access the report per product. Any news on when the reports are going to be available?

There was a glitch and the Reports tab is temporarily unavailable. It should be back up in the next couple weeks.
