Operator Logo for 7210

I made a Operator Logo for the 7210 and saved it as .gif
Then I launched Nokia Content Publishing Toolkit 2.0 and took the option Publish DD/COD. I set the MIME Type on image/vnd.nok-oplogo-color and choose Generate DD File & Generate COD File.
Afterwards I put it on our Internet-test-server and wantet to download the .cod File with the 7210, but whet I want to download it there is the errormessage: "unkown file format"

Can Anyone tell me what Im doing wrong?

Hi!
Today I spoke with your Technical Consultant and we set the .doc Type on the Server to image/vnd.nok-oplogo-color.
Now Im able to download the Image, but instead of the image there is a question mark.
Can anyone tell me why I dontt get the picture?
