nokia 6600 not responding to "at" commands

hi every body...

need help for my nokia 6600. i want to send sms from pc using at commands.phone is connected via bluetooth to pc. serial port connection with pc blue tooth device is established. when i type "at" in hyper terminal it returns nthing.(no "error" or "ok"). i also installed pc suite for nokia 6600. mRouter dont find any phone connected to pc.
do i realy need a pc suite for this?
help me regarding this problem..

Unfortunately S60 devices do not support the SMS-related AT command subset. The lesser unfortunate thing is that I have no experience with BT-serial, thus I can not help you in that neither.
