I recently got a PublisherID. Now I'd like to use it with my Symbian signed account, but I'm not able. In the official documentation, I saw that there were a form to upload it, but I'm not able to find it, so I can't get a devcert or use express signed.
Last Wednesday I use this Link and I sent all the information required to "symbiansigned" in a private message:

I have no response (I sent a second message last Friday too).

What is the way to get my PublisherID up and runnig with my symbian signed account?
