[moved] Carbide C++ - custom text file encoding

Hello,

I need to edit localized text files using different code pages, i.e. for German and Czech language. In Carbide C++: Window -> Preferences -> Workspace there is a setting just for global encoding. UTF-8 is not good for the device, because it is not interpreted correctly. How can I tweak Carbide to be more flexible in case of different encodings for different files.
