I have a permanet internet connection on my Nokia E71

Hello, I have a Nokia E71, and i'm having a problem that in the icon that is beside the signal strength (the one that says if i'm in 3G or GSM) allways shows like if it is connecting to the internet, and I don't have any application open, I think maybe is a virus or a malware.
Can anyone please help me.
