Stuck in symbian basics

Hi ,

I have been working on j2me for a couple of months. Now i had moved to symbian c++. I had downloaded the symbian tutorials and notes from internet. It seems to be complicated without basic programs . Can anybody provide me with proper links for sample programs and how to program in Symbian c++ would be helpful.

Although rather old, this screencast is a very good introduction to developing using Carbide.c++.

There is a quick start page on Forum Nokia that might be helpful. You can find examples here and of course the Wiki is a valuable source of information. There are also books and booklets available.

As you are new to Symbian C++ programming, I would insist you to go through this Wiki article thoroughly(=with some patience and concentration at the same time): How do I start programming for Symbian OS?

If you don't know C++, give up on Symbian C++ for a few weeks until you have thoroughly read and understood some C++ books.
