download file problem !!!

hello all
i am developing download manager application and now i can successfully download the file that i want from my own server but i would like to get the data amount that received from server to indicate download progress (like 40% , 37Kb) , i search on forum and i found this wiki

but i don't know where can i put MHFRunL function to work fine, can any one give me example about that ?

Simply search for the MHFRunL in the SDK help. It will describe you what it is and how you should use it and where.

Also searching the same term on Forum Nokia Wiki will give you some examples.
