URGENT ..... so unfair

i need (s60 sdk bluetooth driver for XP) ...
i know that file is already in a post ... but i live in SUDAN
its forbidden here .. but I thought that way : it's not my fault ..
and its so so unfair that I can't get it ....

any body response ?? any body help ??

While I don't want to motivate you to do anything illegal, proxies and middle men always exist. First are unreliable, second expensive (believe me on #2).

However: if you live in a country with export limitations, definitely look for another platform. YOu can't sel your stuff either via a middleman, which brings us to the cost issue again.
