Penetration of Ovi in Indian Market

We are U.S. based developers looking to create and App to be distributed on The Ovi platform; mostly geared towards the Indian market. We are curious if anyone has insight to the amount of penetration Ovi has potential to offer in Indian?

As of now, it would be only prediction/speculation if somebody can talk of Penetration of Ovi in Indian Market specifically. But potentially speaking, I would be ready to place my bet on it.
