What is Nokia Ovi Publisher site developed with? Java, Rails, a PHP framework?

I had some problems with the publishing of an application and found out it was due to a JavaScript issue with the Opera browser. Does by any chance someone know which web development language the Nokia Ovi Publisher site is developed with? Rails, a PHP Framework or Java?

Don't know which tool Nokia use to create Ovi site.
We use FireFox 3 to submit apps to Ovi.
