Mobile Design Patterns

Hello!!
I am a newbie in developing mobile applications. However, i made a debut in this domain for my 8th semester final project, which was a Navigation system on mobile that gives out directions as voice commands.
I was looking around in the wiki section about Mobile Design Patterns. Could anyone tell me how to use them?? i read about this expandable lists and was wondering how to use them.

Welcome to the DiBo, did you take a look at this wiki page on how to use expandable lists using jquery?

What language do you want to use expandable lists in though? If it is Symbian C++, it would be a lil bit more work to get it working. Here you might have to sub-class the listbox to get the desired result in S60 3rd Editions.
