Porting S60 3rd Ed application to 5th Ed

Hi,

i have an application in 3rd Ed and on main view i have a TreeClass (custom component) inherited from CCoeControl.Now i want to capture Touch events on this class how can i port it for 5th Edition, i have added "0x1028315F" id in pkg file for supporting 5th Edition and Defalut Option Menus are working fine, Now i want to add Touch UI funtionality in it.How can i do that ?

Perhaps implement HandlePointerEventL.

I have implemented HandlePointerEventL(const TPointerEvent& aPointerEvent) but can't recieve any event in this method.i m using S60 5th Ed sdk with Carbide C++.How can i verify that, any help ?

Can you check it in the emulator too?
