    Hi everyone,
I'm trying to send data(decimal value) via usb cable to my microcontroller, What I know is I must use serial(phone to mcu) command. please give guidance to achieve this if this is possible. I tried to search but failed to find what I'm looking for. My phone is a Nokia 5500.

    thanks in advsance,

    hello picuser

welcome to Forum Nokia PyS60 dibo.

now regarding your question AFAIK there is no api by which you can send data from the device to your board using USB. And do correct me if i am wrong.

Now the option for you is that you can use the bluetooth to send data but you then need a bluetooth support in your board.

    Hope this helps you

    Enjoy Pythoning

    Hi,

I agree with gaba88, It would be easy for you to send data to your board if it is a bluetooth enabled. even yo can get some readymade progrm for this purpose.

thats good once you have the bluetooth support then you can easily work it on it using the socket module.
