How to initiate NFC communication between phone (as Target) and reader (as Initiator)

Hi!

I am trying to initiate an NFC communication between an NFC device (acting as NFC Initiator / 106kBit/s / Passive Mode) and a Nokia 6131 / 6212 (acting as NFC Target / 106kBit/s / Passive Mode). I am able to select the phone up to SEL_RES resp. SAK. But the SEL_RES/SAK only reports ISO14443-4 compliancy, but not NFC-compliancy. How can I configure the phone in that way that it responds with a SEL_RES/SAK which reports support of NFC?

Turn off the secure element from the UI.
