Carbide won't start (jvm terminated, exit code -1)

Hi guys!

I've installed the latest Carbide and Symbian 9.1 SDK on my PC running WinXP Pro SP3 and it worked fine for a while. About a couple days ago, there was a major problem that prevented me from starting Carbide: I tried everything, reinstalling Carbide, SDK, JVM... Nothing works.

When I launch Carbide, a dialog pop up saying that 'JVM terminated. Exit code = -1', exactly the same problem as on this thread (the mentioned solutions don't work for me): http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/fo...143#post415143

Any suggestions?

Kiran has mentioned the trick(In the post that you mention) for error on workspace being in use. But have you tried the original trick of changing the memory size in carbide.ini?
