on-device debugging is notworking with carbide.c++ v2.0 and TRK v3.0.9

hai,
I have been trying to solve this problem from last 5 days.I have carbide.c++ v2.0 , TRK v3.0.9 and my target devices are N80 and E65.I have successfully installed TRK on target devices.I did connection settings as per specifications ,and my com port for N80 is 62 ,com port for E65 is 58.While doing on-device debugging TRK on both targets gets hangged and Carbide.c++ giving "Error:TRK did not respond".Please help me to enable on-device debugging on target device.
