Animation of buttons in QT-S60

Dear All,
I am trying to make picture gallery animated...I am using QPushbuttons upon whcih images are set.

How can I achieve this functionality..
Information on this would be helpful.

I am using Qt-Temple release.

Hi,
I read in some doc that Animation takes most of the CPU Time.Is that true??
If I do button(upon which images are placed) animation, will that be a performance overhead????

If animation rate(frames per second to display) is much higher, than it lead to some performance overhead.
