Como liberar RAM?

Hola!

Alguien sabe como liberar memoria RAM?

Cuando borro el objeto de una clase lo hago con el comando "del" pero no me libera memoria sino hasta que me salgo de python.

Como se libera memoria? o como puedo reiniciar mi aplicacio?
