Is there any basic E-learning resources about the UI Design Editor of Carbide.C++?

I wanna make a small application that I can change focus to several different cards in the container by the navigation key,and when I press down the select key the particular card turns over.

What do I need to learn to build the application?
Would anybody gives some advice?Thanks a lot!
