What param goes with openApplication

Hi,

I saw under Forum Nokia Library that the format for openApplication() comes with a parameter field.

Web Developer's Library 1.5 > Web Runtime widgets > Developing widgets > Web Runtime API reference > JavaScript widget object > openApplication()

widget.openApplication(HexNumber Uid, String param)

There is a table that describe the Uid, but there is no description on the possible param, and I can't seem to find it in any Nokia wiki or blog.

The info should be available somewhere. Can someone kindly direct me to the param? Thanks!

I think an exhaustive list is quite impossible to be found (but I would be glad to have it as well ), since these parameters vary from application to application.

Are you looking for params of some specific application(s)? In this case it would be maybe easier to find them out.

You could install the Y-Tasks app from DrJukka (http://www.drjukka.com/YTasks.html) if possible. That application can tell you the UIDs of all installed applications (and much much more).

From my phone (E66):

thanks for the mentioning, anyway it wouldnot really help on the figuring out the parameters. Basically AFAIK those parameters are mainly the ones that applciations would take as command line parameters, thus for most applciations it would be full file name with path, with real player I would suppose it could also maybe be a url.
