Can someone tell me if I can upgrade my S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 to S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 2 on my Nokia E71 smartphone?

If so, can I upgrade it for free or I have to purchase it from somewhere.

No, such an upgrade cannot be done. It would mean changing the phone's operating system from 9.2 to 9.3 and that isn't possible.

The E71x (with FP2) is treated as a different model: http://usa.nokia.com/A41443125, it is doubtful if Nokia would issue some conversion patch.
