How to install downloaded certificates???

I downloaded some root certificates from the Verisign website which I want to install in my phone(Nokia 5300).

I saw somewhere that I needed to send the files by bluetooth to install them? I sit true or is there any other method of installing the certificates??

Finally, also mention which file to send, is it the .cer file or the .pem file or do I have to send both to my phone?

I have imported the certificates using the CUnifiedCertStore in Symbian C++
