When i opean an image in Nokia 3110 Classic .Click->Options then go to Edit image option and Select it then I again Click->Options .And then i Select the Insert Frame or clip-art from the options And Select 'Frame1.gif' suppose then the message "Not allowed by activation key "is displayed.
