Problem with Internal GPS in E71

Hi. I recently bought an unlocked Nokia E71-2 overseas (bought in US, I live in Venezuela). Phone works perfectly but the integrated GPS never worked at all. If I use Nokia Maps, it only shows the infamous one yellow bar. I follow some instructions about putiing the cellphone viewing the sky during 30-40 minutos. After two hours with a clear sky in the night, didn't tracked a single satellite. I'm now using the Google Maps because the A-GPS and network-assisted works (IMHO) better than Nokia maps. But, mine isn't the only E71 that I know. I have two more friends that has an E71, and the GPS neved worked. All the 3 phones was bought overseas. I'm in doubt if I need to do something, unlock something.... Any ideas will be appreciated

I tested in a clear sky with a friend's E71 bought here, with network and A-GPS disabled, and in only 30 seconds the phone got a latch, with 4 satellites. Mine never got at least one satellite...

What could I do?
