Size of Icons for 3 button toolbar and tabs

Hii All in my application i am using the new toolbar api and
3 tool bar buttons , but when i am adding image to these toolbar buttons its getting stretched

can any one tell me what exact size of Icons are suitable for 3 toolbar buttons ,
also if some can tell me standard size of icons for tabs .
