    Hi,

I have just installed Carbide C++ v2.0, FP1 SDk and Perl.
We used to work with CoderWarrior during last few years and now decided to move to Carbide.

I have been reading the manual for almost 2 days (it sounds really incredible) but found no way to Import existing project to Carbide (mmp).
    (e.g. from S60Ex directory).
Even in the Carbide manual under this topic (Tutorial: Importing an existing project) ONLY the procedure of creating a new project is described !!!

    What do I do wrong?
How can I simply open my existing project to Carbide and compile it?
    What did I miss?

    Thanks,
    H.Sagovac

just on the project explorer view, right click you will see import option and all sorts of import options would be there, existing project/workspace, and the bld.inf file which will in turn get the .mmp file coz the bld.inf has reference to the .mmp file.
    Cheers,
    Mayank

Mayak is right, it is the blf.inf that describes your project and therefore that file is used for import.
