QA rejection "due to the devices not compatible by OVI store"

This is the message we got from QA:

FAILED due to the devices not compatible by OVI store, OVI supported devices can be found from the link https://publish.ovi.com/help/content_providers (public, Qa in progress -> Qa failed)

The file failed QA on the following target(s):

* Device: S60 3rd Edition FP1 - 240x320 - Nokia N82
* Device: S60 3rd Edition FP1 - 240x320 - Nokia N95
* Device: Unpublished Protos - XXXxYYY - Delete - Do not use

That to me is remarkably cryptic, both N82 and N95 are supported. Our application passed the JavaVerified tests on the N95 device and has the signature to prove it so it couldn't fail on this device.
Are there some other devices within the OVI UI that we marked as supported by us but aren't supported by the store? If so what is the point in us removing the marking?

We waited 2 months for this sort of evaluation???

Nokia, please provide clearer failure response texts so we can properly address sensible issues. This sort of response just doesn't make sense and adds up to the whole Java Verified confusing message to the public.

Maybe it is a mistake. Try to remove the unpublished protos. Mine failed at that one, and when I removed it passed OK.

thanks for your reply. The unpublished prototypes weren't selected in any way, I marked them as incompatible now to avoid that and resubmitted.
Just to be clear, we didn't mark devices as compatible in a sweeping gesture... We carefully reviewed and only marked N95 as fully tested.
