QT Application icons Symbian^3

Hi,

I'm trying to create an application icon for my N8 application.

Most of the instructions refer only up to S60.3, for example:

If the instructions are the same?
For Symbian^3, do you still have to create an SVG Tiny icon? If so, at what size - 44px44px?
Is there anywhere to download svg2svgt, without downloading the entire Symbian SDK - because this file isn't in the QT SDK.
