Publishing Video Content on OVI

Hi I am looking at publishing video content (mp4, 3gp) on OVI. Does OVI have built in features to DRM the content with each of the devices that purchases it?

I am asking here as I wasn't able to locate a Nokia document that explained what OVI can and cannot do. If you know of a doc I would appreciate a link.
