Is there any way to update my firmware to 21.0.025 on my 5800?

I'm having flashlite netstream errors that only happen with the 20.2.014 version of the firmware. When tested on 21.0.025 firmware we don't have the issues. The problem is that the phone I have to work with says that the latest version of the firmware is 20.2.014 and i can't update to 21.0.025.

My phone when checking for a firmware update:

Latest available software for  Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, product code 0577454
Version:  20.2.014

Another devs phone:

Latest available software for  Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, product code 0559346
Version:  21.0.025

Is there any way at all to update the phone i have with product code 0577454 to the 21.0.025 firmware?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did u try Nokia Software Updater ? You can upgrade 5800 firmware via Nokia Software Updater or try OTA(Over The Air).

BTW, Latest firmware updates are not available in all regions.

This is a general problem. This usually happens when you buy a phone from one of the five regions (like Middle east) and take the phone to another region where your product code will not be recognised.

All you have to do is go to the nearest nokia care and ask them to upgrade your firmware, and after this you'll be able to update your phone with software updater for future updates.
