We got a link to install the certificate from Trust Center. We installed the certificate. Then we used the internet browser, there we used the internet option from there we content, there we clicked the certificate button. Then we opted the import option with that certificate. After that we downloaded the tool named TCP12p8(open SSL). We are now stucked over this portion we are not able to open the private as well as the public key
