    Hi,

I am trying to write an application in Python for S60 v. 1.4.5
    I have a Nokia N79 phone which is using S60 3rd Ed. FP2

I want to be able to use the accelerometer to log the movements of the phone as someone carries it around in their pocket during the day.

I am searching for the proper modules to use to access these functions. I'm not sure if the "Sensor" module will be sufficient.

I've done some research on this and found the Axyz_module for Python. Will this work on my N79? Or is it built for the N95 only?

If not, does anyone know any other libraries that i can get to access the accelerometer functions on my N79?

    thanks!

Check this popular page. Is N79 on the list?
