    Does anyone know how to set ALWAYS YES in N82 for LBS request?
    First time confirmation is acceptable, but if this device keep
    asking the same question each time my MIDLET requesting position,
    that will be annoying.

    This article suggests that you might be able to solve the problem by signing your MIDlet.

    There is absolutely no other way than getting a trusted 3rd party cert to use first time ask only?
    And the only way of getting a 3rd party cert is forking 500$ to verisign or some other company per year?
