Location.gsm_location

I want to ask about location.gsm_location()
I get NONE instead of an array of data
I installed the latest shell sis and python in N95

Any clue why is this happen?
Any method to solve?

I wonder i can find a specific variable like cellid
I afraid it returns NONE is because the format of cell is different.

Anyway, I try this inside the "interactive console"
It should not be any problem with the "SIS" file
