We are looking for a developer to customise a mobile phone to provide specific functionality:
We're not sure how this would be achieved (SDK and/or application) however would like to work with small company or self employed engineer with experience of working in this field.

The brief is simple:
  • Restrict use of phone to limited functionality
  • Match key words in SMS text messages to trigger different tones/alerts
  • Prioritise SMS text messages based on key words
  • Single button press to send pre-defined SMS text
  • Single button press to establish pre-defined vioce call
  • Monitor signal reception and trigger action based on loss of signal
