    hi,
i just bought a nokia 5220 xpressmusic from a reseller who claim to be selling original nokia phones. but the first day i had a problem with the music keys. now i wonder if i actually have an original phone.
is there any way to find out if my phone is an original one?
i read about the imei. in my mobile it's written made in china. but accordin the imei the FAC is 02.
is the imei an official way of identifying a nokia phone.

    thanking you in advance.

Well try stuff like http://www.numberingplans.com/?page=analysis&sub=imeinr and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMEI various other places if you google if you want to know info based on IMEI. and if any problem with keys and stuff, a better place would be to contact a Nokia authorized service center.

And like Jukka suggested, end users forum is always there to put up your query from peer support.

    Good Luck!!
