Smallest Max Jar Size , Max Heap Size phone model

Does anyone know that what is the lowest end phone for each of the groups below?

S40 128*128
S40 128*160
S40 240*320

S60 240*320
S60 176*208

lowest as in havin the smallest max jar size and also heap size. so when i ported an mobile application, i can test on these phones.

or is there any place that i can get this kind of infomation?

Well you could use Advanced device search to find out. Just go to the fields that interest you, set the criteria as "less than" and give a value. That way after just a few attempts you should be able to narrow it down to the phones you want. You might be able to find information on http://www.jbenchmark.com/ too.
