Open Signed - Request fails

Hello There,

I am facing an issue with creating the Open Signed offline certificate. When I submit the csr file that I have created in SymbianSigned REquest Page, I am getting an error "Sorry, the page you requested was not found".

The CSR file and the certificate that I have is seems valid. I received the TC certificate on Friday last week. In one of the discussions I read that Symbian signed requires 24 hours for the certificate to be effective. Is this the case?
