I searched on the forums about Adobe air for mobiles.
But got things related to flash-lite only.
Can anyone please can point out to documents or links which

As far as I know, there are no S60 phones with Adobe Air. At most, they've Flash Lite v3.1 (or earlier).
So, for any Air info, you probably need to find it on adobe.com
Pl. refer this link to conver .air to WRT widget

Ciao,
is not that simple.
AIR use ActionScript 3 which is supported only by Flash Lite 4. But some APIs are not even supported by FL4.
So while you can use the html/js scripts you might not be able to use the Flash files.
AIR Mobile for Symbian is in Adobe plans but no information are available for timing.

You can publish Adobe AIR for the mobile platform, but at the moment you'd do so for Froyo (Android 2.2) - definitely not Symbian.
Still Flash Lite 3.1 for instance allows AVODs, animation, textual and graphical content, dynamic applications ... pretty much all you'd need and want to convey in a mobile application.
Unless of course you want to engage in Adobe HTTP dynamic streaming ?
