Can I add a country to the distribution list without having to pass QA again?

Hi,

our app is currently on the store and the corresponding content item is locked.

Is it possible to add a country to the distribution list without having to go through the QA process all over again?

This unfortunately is a no .

The content file and its distribution criteria (language, device, operator) are locked in once you submit the file. So, you can't edit it without disrupting the QA testing. Please refer to the Publisher Guide for more details.
