Attach Image from Our Local System

Hello,
Can't we attach an image here in this Nokia Forum from our Local System because I am not getting any option to show an image which is residing in my system The Option it is giving when I tried to insert an Image is "Add an Image from URL". Can anyone tell me where do I have to upload my image

In the advanced editor (probably default when creating a new thread and "Go Advanced" when posting a reply), there is an Attachment Manager. It becomes available after a certain number of posts (5-10, maybe 25), so your current user may or may not have it.
Also, you can use external hosting.
